Each bedroom rents PER student, starting at $2900-$3300 each Semester.  The rest of the house is then shared by all of the tenants.  Rent includes:  common use of both floors, 2 kitchens, living and dining areas, pool, parking and grounds.  Utilities are included, Wi-Fi, coin-operated in-house washer and dryer.  The top 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, the lower 2 bedrooms share 1 & 1/2 bathrooms.  All bedrooms have key-locks, single bed, desk with chair and a dresser.  The house is furnished with kitchen table with chairs, living room couches, lamps, and 1 common TV with 'Dish' satellite.
